Doc left message saying I’m negative, but test results indicate positive

Hi all! I received my test results in my chart which mentioned that I was positive for the h. pylori antigen. However, I received a message from my doc saying it was negative. Am I reading this wrong? Still waiting to hear back from the doctor.
